Recipe step by step ….
Serves 4 hungry people:
- 6 large potatoes (1.5 kg)
- 100 g of flour (any kind will do)
- 300 g of bread crumbs (always better to abound ….)
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
- oil to fry in abundance (if you fry them).
- Parsley or basil.
1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, after having rinsed. The cooking time depends on the size of the potatoes, to see if they are cooked, pass cmq at least 15 minutes, and then controlled with a fork (infilzandole 🙂 ), if the fork sinks well and releasing slips the potato, then it will be cooked.
2. While boiling potatoes prepared the batter, then add the flour, salt and pepper if you like, and then gradually add water and mix until obtaining a batter with the consistency similar to yogurt. You are adding more flour if it is coming too liquid, vice versa if more water is coming too dry.
3. Cotte still warm schacciatele potatoes with the peel, the latter rimmarrà masher. Join salt, pepper, nutmeg (with the latter two I abound), and parsley or basil to taste.
4. Mix all, if it’s too hot, help you initially with a fork.
5. Take the form that you like, to cylinder ball, large, small …….
6. Pass them first in bread crumbs, then in the batter and then dinuovo very well in the breadcrumbs.
7. You can fry them in hot oil, or put them in the oven before brushing very well with oil.
