This vegan meatball recipe is mine (obviously all changes are welcome) and vegans, vegetarians and everyone like it, because they are simply good !!!
Ingredients for two people:
- Chickpeas cooked , oz 7.
- Potatoes boiled oz.3.
- Carrots oz.2
- Onions oz 2.
- Sage and rosemary.
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
Procedure : (very easy)
In a blender we put everything and whisk. Stop .Let’s help with a spoon to mix the dough.
At this point we can shape medium-sized meatballs. We can wet our hands and then make the shape.
Let’s dip them directly into the breadcrumbs. Now the streets are divided because we can cook them in the oven or in a good non-stick pan, for a “light” and fast version,
or pass them in the batter (water and flour up to a thick consistency similar to yogurt) then in the breadcrumbs then fry them in a pan.
If desired, we can freeze them (not overlapping them otherwise they stick) and defrost them directly in the oven or in a pan over medium-low heat.
You can taste them with the accompanying vegetables or combine them in tomato sauce, I assure you that they are delicious or simply fried and then in the sauce …. !!!
