Ingredients for 4 people on a diet:
- Artichokes # 4.
- Garlic 6.
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Parsley.
- Salt and pepper (if desired).
Prepare the dressing :
in a bowl we flavor the oil with the garlic cut into tiny little, salt to taste and a quantity of parsley (chopped always) huge!
Preparation of the artichoke:
Let’s take a nice shower with artichokes,
then we turn it upside down and make them a little sgoggiolare them,
at this point we take two rounds of outer leaves, and with a knife cut the stem depriving it of the outer bark, and leaving the tender heart that will cook together with the artichokes.

Imbottiamo artichokes with dressing:
We just have to put them in a large pan, cover them with a medium to cover another flame for about 20 minutes, then we will turn them upside down for 20 minutes and that’s it, we eat them!
