Serves 2:
- A medium-sized cabbage.
- Rice g.130 (… ..dipende from personal hungry ….)
- 1 garlic and 1 small onion.
- evoqb Oil
- L.1,5 Water
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
Preparation:
First we wash the cabbage well and then we leave it in water for half an hour, so as to release the water-soluble pesticides in the water.
Meanwhile, in a large pot, we put water, garlic, onion, salt and oil, turn on the heat and bring to a boil. One last quick rinse the cabbage ….
… and we put it into the pot boiling. We cover with the lid.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
We check if it fits salting and, when it boils, caliamo rice (without stirring); we cover with the lid. After 5 minutes we give a mixed, and cook according to the time of cooking rice. After about 10 minutes we fix water and salt (if needed, so always taste).
A good dose of pepper if you like and voilΓ … ..
