The basis for this recipe is a classic lumberjack, with white sauce, mushrooms and peas.


  • long pasta (linguine, bucatini, noodles, spaghetti).
  • Bechamel vegan.
  • Grilled mushrooms.
  • cooked peas.
  • Farina 00 to taste (if we do not serve the pancakes)
  • Bread crumbs to taste (if we do not serve the pancakes).
  • of Peanut oil for frying (if we do not serve the pancakes).

I have personally used the fettuccine that I made at home (if you want the recipe clik on homemade pasta. ), But we can safely use any long pasta, fresh peas cooked with onion, salt, oil and nutmeg and mushrooms , stir-fried with olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper. I mixed everything with the sauce vegan (if you want the recipe clik on white sauce vegan ). For the sweet tooth you can even add the tomato sauce “pretty close.”

Once cooked and drained pasta, we combine all the ingredients, then: pasta, bechamel sauce, mushrooms and peas (nothing prevents you to add what you want, it is important that no water releases).

… but if we want to make omelettes here is what to do: pour the dough on a baking sheet, the height must be a 4 cm. Let cool, compacting at least a couple of hours (wishing we could also continue the next day and store the dough in the fridge).

Meanwhile, prepare the batter made of water, flour and salt to taste.
