Gragnano Paccheri with handmade 100% Italian meal, tasty, wrap, which will join in marriage with the village zucchini, and they will leave you breathless, word of Neapolitan !!!!

Ingredients:

  1. Pasta.
  2. Zucchini.
  3. Oil, salt, pepper.

Ingredients for four people:

  • 6 zucchini
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • g. 400 paccheri (or other format you like)
  • salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil

Method:

For the cream of zucchini:

in a pan pour oil and garlic and fry 4 zucchini cut into dice, salt and pepper to taste, just a cooking 10/15 minutes. After firing a pass a container and then blend them with a little of the pasta cooking water.

For decoration:

Cut into thin slices the other 2 zucchini and cook in garlic and oil over medium high flame, so that they do a bit of crust.

We can do is cook the pasta and drain it, still warm, to join the cream of zucchini, impiattiamo and decorate with zucchini, basil and if we are vegans.
